2011 was year filled with wonderful opportunities, being accepted to Teen Vogue Fashion U, becoming a style guru for College Fashionista and also become a contributing editor for Dress Me Magazine.  This year I’ve also learned some valuable life lessons, which test the limits and boundaries of myself. As I reflect on all the things in 2011. I welcome 2012 with open arms.

Erdem Pre-Fall 2012

I know I’ve been neglecting my blog for over a month now, but it’s all for a good reason. I’ve been so stressed and busy from school, that I really and truly didn’t have time to update my blog. I recently got accepted to become a style guru for http://collegefashionista.com for the spring semester and I’m so super excited and nervous at the same time.

Anyway let me stop talking about my life and let me introduce you to the Erdem Pre-Fall 2012 Collection. The first time I saw the collection I immediately feel in love, with the feminine silhouettes, elegance, chicness and all the beautiful elements of being women. I truly can’t get enough of this collection.

Midterms, midterms, midterms that is all that has been on my mind during last week. I felt my mind spinning a million times, but all the hard work paid out in the end. So please forgive for my lack of posts lately. The weather is Connecticut I’ve been so cold lately, that all can’t to do is snuggle up in my bed all day and night. It’s suppose it snow tomorrow, (AHHHH). I’m so not ready for winter it makes me feel like going back home to enjoy the 80 plus degree weather.

I hope you’re having a great kick start off this week. I’ve been sick with the cold all day yesterday and now I’m feeling a little better. Enough, talk about being sick. This is what I wore today, something super easy and fun. I really can’t believe I’m in October and its 80 degrees, how crazy is that not that I’m complaining.

If some of you guys are wonderful, yes that all my natural hair. I really don’t wear my hairs out that much, so don’t except that often.

Jason Wu for Target

I'm so excited for the Jason Wu for Target collection! I literally died when I heard the announcement earlier this week. I've always been such an admirer of his clothes ever since seeing his Fall/Winter 2010 collection. I’ve immediately became a fan. His collections are always so beautiful, inspiring and interesting to look at.  It brings out the inner lady in all of us, one who style is classic, feminine, but always with a twist. I've secretly hoped one day I will be able to afford his clothes (I know the life of a broke college student). I surely can’t wait for the collaboration to hit stores this February, hopefully I can contain myself

BACK TO BASICS

I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything on my blog. I've so busy with classes, work and a million things that are going on with my live right now. I'm still getting use to being a blogger. So if you guys and girls have any tips that I should know, please leave a comment belowJ.

Today's outfit is very basic and simple, didn't really wanted to be too fussy with my look, running up and down campus all day long. Plus, the weather was been extremely weird lately, one minute it's hot, the next minute it's cold.
